Founded in 2010 by Managing Partner Vladimir Kostandyan and rebranded in 2018, “Kostandyan & Partners” law firm provides legal services to corporate clients in the banking and corporate sectors and also advises on intellectual property and civil litigation. In recent years law firm actively engages in real estate and bank opening deals with private persons. 

Our mission - The law firm "Kostandyan and Partners" is probably the first law firm registered in Armenia that works online. We do not have a large staff, unnecessary office managers, coffee machines and water coolers...

Our vision - Specialization in providing legal services to corporate clients in narrow areas of banking and corporate law, real estate and labor law, intellectual property and civil disputes.

Since June 2024, «Kostandyan & Partners» has been providing legal support to individuals in acquiring real estate in Armenia and opening bank accounts. 

We have a registered office in Yerevan, Elite Plaza Business Center, and minimize our administrative costs by outsourcing our lawyers and attorneys, working together through an online platform, and billing our partners only for the legal services themselves. Our clients include banking/financial companies, non-resident companies for which our law firm acts as executive director, as well as charities and individuals.
