Luxembourg – Stage
International Structuring and Setup Support 

• Support with cross-border IP holding / use structure and core documentation 

• Assistance with Luxembourg legal entity formation and bank onboarding process, without guarantee of account approval, 

• Coordination with notary, accountant, tax adviser, domiciliation provider and local counsel where required,

• Local filings, permits, reserved matters and regulated acts handled directly only where legally permitted, and otherwise through admitted or licensed Luxembourg professionals

Legal and Tax Due Diligence in Luxembourg

Red-flag or full-scope review under agreed perimeter,

• Corporate, contracts, IP, litigation, regulatory and tax workstreams as applicable,

• Review of data room materials, risk register and prioritised recommendations,

• Separate scoping for multi-entity or cross-border targets,
