Based on Client inquiry (special application form needs to be filled in), we will search in databases for the required real estate, make the necessary adjustment, meet real estate agencies, and choose the best option for you. We could also, together with Broker, visit the place, construction, take necessary photos of the future apartment, find out preliminary inquiries, and basic understanding of the premise for your needs.

It also refers to a detailed commercial real estate title search and owner. The chain of ownership discovery process involves finding all owners of a specific property and the complete ownership history of the property. The process identifies all owners and uncovers legal risks that could lead to the deal being voided, as well as the process of obtaining the information about limitations and mortgages in banks/credit organizations.

The process involves organization, store and management of funds in account, as well as the ability to distribute payments under certain conditions and only on the basis of a preliminary power of attorney approved by the bank (escrow account).
