Armenian Residence Permit “Turnkey Package”

An Armenian residence permit “turnkey package” is a comprehensive legal and administrative support service covering all stages of obtaining a residence permit in the Republic of Armenia: from the preliminary assessment of legal grounds and preparation of documents to the submission of the application to the competent authorities and support with related procedures.

The support process begins even before the client enters the territory of Armenia. This approach allows us to determine the optimal sequence of actions in advance, reduce the time the client spends visiting public authorities, minimize organizational risks, and ensure a more predictable document processing procedure.

 

Prior to the client’s arrival, we conduct a preliminary legal assessment of the situation, prepare an individual roadmap, schedule possible dates for visits to public authorities, prepare the required set of documents, and, where necessary, assist with apartment rental matters, selection of a suitable residential area, and preliminary communication with landlords.

The basic package includes:

  • Obtaining a social card / PSN,

  • Notarized translation of the passport,

  • Registration as an individual entrepreneur,

  • Opening a bank account, including preliminary consultation on the selection of banks in accordance with the client’s requirements,

  • Obtaining a medical certificate from a polyclinic for the residence permit application,

  • Submission of documents for the residence permit,

  • Assistance with registration at the place of residence.

Armenian Citizenship

 

As part of our support in the procedure for obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, we can provide the client with comprehensive legal and organizational assistance at all stages — from the preliminary assessment of legal grounds to the actual receipt of the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Armenia.

The basic service package includes:

  • Initial consultation on the procedure for obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, including timelines, requirements, possible legal grounds, and required documents;

  • Analysis of the legal grounds for submitting an application for citizenship, including;

  • Acquisition of citizenship on the basis of ethnic Armenian origin;

  • Aquisition of citizenship through naturalization, subject to lawful residence in Armenia for the period prescribed by law;

  • Acquisition of citizenship on the basis of marriage to a citizen of the Republic of Armenia;

  • Preliminary assessment of the client’s documents and determination of which documents must be prepared, translated, notarized, legalized, or apostilled;

  • Legal analysis of documents confirming the client’s Armenian origin, marital status, lawful residence in Armenia, registration at the place of residence, residence permit, work permit, or other legal grounds for stay;

  • Preparation of a complete package of documents for submitting an application for citizenship in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;

  • Organization of notarized translation and notarization of the documents required for submission of the application.
